VENDOR INFORMATION
All booth space 10 x 10 area
4 G.A tickets per booth (if you require extra passes they must be purchased via the website)
1 car parking pass per booth
FRIDAY LOAD IN – BREAKDOWN SCHEDULE
Friday AUGUST 18th
Load-in starts 10 am
If you are arriving in more than one vehicle, please arrive as a team. We will not permit entry to G.A ticket holders without a vending pass. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE COORDINATE WITH YOUR TEAM
All vehicles must be off-site by Noon Friday, Aug 19th.
PLEASE BE PRESENT AT YOUR BOOTH FOR WALKTHROUGH AT 1 PM No vehicles will gain entry to the venue for breakdown.
TENTS MAY BE LEFT SECURED OVERNIGHT
24-hour security on-site to ensure the safety of booths.
Please do not leave MERCHANDISE overnight.
PLEASE FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AND RESPECT ALL STAFF.
SATURDAY LOAD IN – BREAKDOWN SCHEDULE

Load-in starts at 6 am
All vehicles must be off-site by 9 AM
